Sometimes life can get a bit much. We all have challenges along the way but now and again it can become overwhelming. People of all ages can be affected by stress and anxiety.  Teenagers (remember that you were once a teenager!) find life frustrating and difficult at the best of times but throw in a pandemic, and other issues, it gets multiplied a hundredfold. If our needs haven't been met, and we haven't been heard as teenagers, the stress of our teenage years gets stored and leaps out later in life. 

That's where I come in. 

Whether you are a teenager right now, or if it was a few years ago, I look forward to working alongside you!

I have has been passionate about health and wellbeing for many years.  My mission is to share the tools that I have used, so that when others experience tricky times, they will have their very own 'tool kit'. 

My 'tools' include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping, Reiki, Mindfulness, EMMETT and 16 Guidelines, using the outdoors (see below for more info) and woodland skills as often as possible.
