Classes will run as a block of 5 weeks and during these 5 weeks we will cover the first half of the movements that constitute the Taiji Shibashi Qi Gong.
There are out there so many different kind of Qi gong but we will start with Shibashi.
Shibashi means 18 in Chinese, therefore there are 18 movements part of the Taiji Sibashi set of movements. The Shibashi is an extremely safe set of QiGong that can be practised by everyone. These exercises are for health and well-being.
On the day, wear comfortable clothes so your arms can be move freely, preferably bare feet, so we can easily ground ourselves onto the floor, however if you gets cold just bring a pair of socks
