Cancellation Policy for the Ear Care Clinic
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your sceduled appointment.

We appreciate 'things happen' outside your control, so if you think you might not make your appointment, it makes sense to reschedule it to a day and time you can definitely visit the Ear Care Clinic.

If you have to cancel within 24 hours before your appointment, then it is most unlikely we will be able to fill your appointment slot. But we will do everything we can to advertise it on Social Media using FaceBook and Instagram. However, in the event we cannot get someone to take over your appointment, we have a standard charge of £25** to cover room hire cost and genuine estimate of the clinical time which will we will lose as a result of your cancellation.

If we are successful, and get someone to take your booked slot, there will be no charge, and you can reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Cancellations less than 8 hours ahead of your appointment time will result in 100% loss of your total appointment payment as we have no time to advertise.

If you have just changed your mind about using the services: Although you may be entitled to a refund if you change your mind about the using services within 14 days of your receipt of our confirmation of your order, you will only be entitled to a refund of the booking fee, if we receive your notification of cancellation of the appointment not later than 72 hours before the appointment is due as the booking fee is a genuine estimate of the clinical time which will we will lose as a result of your cancellation.
**We request the £25 cancellation fee be paid when you visit us at your future appointment time.
